Strategy & Structure

Physical custody at Swissquote

100% of Bitcoin exposure is physically held at Swissquote Bank S.A. — Switzerland's leading regulated crypto platform. Fully segregated and audited.

Monthly covered call cycle

75% of BTC exposure is covered monthly with calls (strike 100–120% of spot). Premiums are directly reinvested into physical Bitcoin. The remaining 25% participates fully in upside.

Regulated as Swiss SPV

NextIncome AG issues BTC20 as an exchange-traded vehicle, subject to Swiss law, annual statutory audit and clear governance structures.

Payoff Scenarios

BTC stays below the strike price

The Bitcoin price closes below the strike level — the covered call option expires worthless. The collected option premium remains fully in the product and is automatically reinvested into Bitcoin. Investors continue to participate fully in Bitcoin's price movements.

BTC rises above the strike price

The Bitcoin price rises above the strike level — the option is exercised. For the covered call portion (75%), additional gains above the strike price are capped. However, the remaining 25% of the Bitcoin position retains full upside potential. The collected option premium remains in the product.
